How do I book a cleaning service?

You can book our services by filling out the contact form, whatsapp us or calling us directly.

Do you need an outdoor tap?

An outdoor tap is preffered but don't worry if you don't have one as we can also connect to an indoor tap.

Does it matter if my garden has furniture and plant pots in it?

No, we will manouver any furniture and/or objects that are on and around the patio area in order to be able to clean the full area.

Are you able to clean algae and moss off of my patio?

Yes we can! 

Do you also sand and seal driveways after cleaning?

Yes we do also sand and seal. If you would like this done please let us know before we quote your job. 

Do you require a power source?

No, we have our own generator that we use. However, if we do not have direct access through a side passage to get into a back garden we will have to connect to a power supply from indoors.

Do you use chemicals?

We have an incredibly powerful jetwash that makes it possible to clean most things without the need to use any chemicals.

If your driveway or patio has hard to remove stains, grime or mould we may require to use chemicals to ensure optimal results are achieved. 

Please specify to us if you have preference regarding the use of chemicals.

How do you ensure no damage to my property?

We take the utmost care to ensure we avoid causing any damage to our customers property and in addition to this we have liability insurance.

How long will it take to complete the job?

The time it takes to complete the job entirely depends on the size, condition and ease of access of the job. We will be able to give you a rough idea of the length of time we will need to complete the job once on site. We always work with our customers to ensure we work around their schedules.
